It’s been a long few months planning and then waiting for this to happen. Thank you to everyone who came from close, and far(Kansas!!!). It was a blast meeting you all and we’re hoping to do this again next year! If the variety is anything near what we had this time, it’s sure to be great again. Y’all are the best!

Cars and coffee, Lane motor museum, my parents got The lunch together, we had a planned route out to a distillery, and then came back. Of course whoever was left went downtown Nashville to the bars as well haha

Went to a Cars and Coffee in the morning and came close to melting, left there and went to Lane Motor Museum, grabbed lunch at Jacob’s family’s shop, went for a drive where we got left behind twice due to traffic, bush hogs, and redlights, went to a distillery tour, and some of us went out for drinks after everything was done. It was a full day.

You gotta be aggressive with these sleepy transplants on the Nashville streets.

Had a great time, apart from melting. Thanks for having me... and humoring me on the first leg of the rally.
I really was wringing it out pretty hard, I swear.

Haha when my oil temp actually went above normal, I knew we were driving them pretty hard. I’m proud of the ole 500 for even trying.

Once I fix the factory steering emfuckening, replace some bushings, get slightly better tires, and get better linings on the four-wheel unpowered drums, I can probably wring some seconds out of it. The most unnerving part of a couple of the roads was doing some nearly-bottoming-out corner-to-corner pitching. Whole car up and down. Chief in my mind was not to push it over the edge of breaking something and getting stranded.
My arms got some exercise, anyway. Did I mention that it’s 4.75 turns lock to lock?

I just went through the video tour on the official website, and there’s a brief view of Oppo Row at about 35 minutes in. Didn’t see my Galaxie in there, but you’re visible and some of the other guys, and most of the cars down the one side (can’t see the pug either). I think he came through about when we were regrouping, so if he headed back later in the vid he wouldn’t have more footage.

Yeah, the “AAA Tennessee Live Stream June 2nd, 2018" a little down the page on the right.

They don’t have the official C&C photos up yet, but the livestream, yes.
